At Needledust, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted footwear; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the authentic invoice.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Pack the juttis securely in their original box; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface inspection during the scheduled pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, a pickup will be organized within 48-72 hours from your registered address at no additional cost for domestic orders.
Refund or Store Credit
Following a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 business days.
